This policy describes FlowBloom version 0.15 with advertising disabled. The game is designed for children aged 3–5 and their families.
Data in the game
FlowBloom has no accounts, chat, uploads or online leaderboards. Progress, game coins, purchased cosmetic styles, upgrades and sound/vibration choices are saved locally on the device. pixly walls does not receive these saved records. This version has no active advertising or analytics SDK. It does not ask children to enter personal information or request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.
Coins and customization
Coins are virtual game rewards with no cash value. There are no real-money purchases. Owned flowers and pots can be selected freely. Advertisements and ad rewards are unavailable in this version.
Support
A grown-up can contact pixlywalls@gmail.com using their email application from the gated Parents area. If a grown-up sends a support request, we receive their email address and the information they choose to send. We use it to respond to the request. Please avoid sending a child's personal information. Support email is handled by the email provider. Contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence; records needed for an unresolved request or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Local data and device backups
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the game's local records from the device. Device or operating-system backups may retain records according to that service's settings. This game does not provide its own cloud account or cloud-save service.
Future versions
Before advertising or online services are enabled, this policy and the Play Store disclosures will be updated to describe the actual service providers and their data practices. Please review the policy when updating the game.
