1. About Orlivae
Throughout these Terms, the words “Orlivae,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PIXLY WALLS PRIVATE LIMITED operating the Orlivae brand.
These Terms apply to customers accessing or purchasing from Orlivae from India or any other country where Orlivae makes its products available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or independently enter into a purchase contract with Orlivae.
If you are under 18, purchases must be made by or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an Orlivae account.
You are responsible for:

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials and measurements accurately.

5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a cart does not reserve that product.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

For international orders, currency conversion charges may be imposed by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider. Such third-party charges are outside Orlivae's control.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay and/or other payment providers introduced by Orlivae.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orlivae does not intend to directly store customers' complete card information where payment information is securely handled by the applicable payment processor.
Customers must provide valid and authorized payment information.
We may refuse or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
9. Shipping Within India
Estimated delivery within India is generally:

These are estimated delivery periods and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders with an eligible merchandise value above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping within India, subject to any exclusions clearly disclosed before purchase.
For orders not qualifying for free shipping, applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
10. International Shipping
Where international delivery is available, estimated delivery is generally:

International delivery may take longer because of:

12. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the normal cancellation process. The customer may instead use the applicable returns process after receiving the order.
Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.
13. Returns
Orlivae's standard return period is 7 days from delivery.
To qualify under our standard return policy, products should generally be:
Unused.
Unwashed.
Unworn except as reasonably necessary to check fit.
In resalable condition.
Returned with original tags.
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
This 7-day policy does not reduce any longer return, withdrawal, cancellation or consumer right that must legally be provided in the customer's jurisdiction.
14. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within the applicable return period, including for another available size.
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Orlivae may offer an appropriate refund or another remedy consistent with the applicable policy and law.
15. Return Shipping Costs
Where Orlivae supplied:
The wrong product,
A damaged product, or
A defective product,
Orlivae will ordinarily bear reasonable return shipping costs where the claim is valid.
For returns resulting from:
Change of mind,
Customer ordering the wrong size, or
Other customer preference reasons,
the customer will ordinarily bear the return shipping cost unless Orlivae states otherwise or applicable law requires a different arrangement.
16. Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, unless another method is required or agreed in accordance with applicable law.
For standard returns, Orlivae aims to initiate an approved refund within approximately 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Banks, card issuers and payment processors may require additional processing time after a refund has been initiated.
Nothing in this section reduces any legally mandatory refund deadline applicable to the transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, the Orlivae website and its original contents—including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, artwork, written content, website elements and other intellectual property—are owned by or licensed to PIXLY WALLS PRIVATE LIMITED.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Orlivae content without appropriate permission.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
